Filmmaker Tyler Perry is making moves again and its gonna look really good for Atlanta's job industry! Perry plans to buy about two-thirds of Fort McPherson near Atlanta and turn it into a film studio. Perry will by 330 acres of the 488-acre site, and civilian authorities would retain about 144acrs - or a tract about the size of the Atlantic Station development. Mayor Kasim Reed thanked Perry's company and said he is "confident that this kind of development will bring hundreds of permanent jobs into the area, and attract robust additional investmernt to the Southside of our city. It will also expand Atlanta's footprint in televisiton and film as well as strengthen our position as the cultural and economic center of the Southeast,"  Reed said in a release. Sisterhood Of Hip Hop is the Oxygen network’s highest-viewed series premiere of 2014, according to TV by the Numbers .    The program, which follows five up-and-coming female rappers and is executive produced by T.I. , had 811,000 viewers of its debut episode, which aired Tuesday (August 12).   The series’ second episode is slated to feature conflict between Nyemiah Supreme and Diamond ; Siya dealing with heartbreak; and Brianna examining her mix of business and family.   On the first episode, Diamond and Nyemiah Supreme faced off. Congratulations to rapper, Lil’ Kim . She is now the mother of a bouncing baby girl named Royal Reign . Kim gave birth to her first child at the Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey on Monday, a  source confirmed to ET .  Baby Royal’s father is reportedly NYC-based rapper Mr. Papers , though Kim has yet to confirm it publicly.  Kim announced her pregnancy back in February, when she  debuted her baby bump at The Blonds’ runway show  during New York Fashion Week. She took the stage to perform during the post show party and told the crowd: “I’m a mom, but I can turn it up a little,” adding that she was “still going to be hard-core” and that “the baby has made me even more of a beast.”  Lil Kim and Mr. Papers For obvious reasons the baby will never look anything like her mom, but Royal Reign is such a beautiful name.
