The Cash Money mogul has found himself squaring off with all manner of former signees, and though he ultimately found common ground with Lil Wayne , the path to resolution with Tyga is yet another obstacle. Last we heard, Birdman was attempting to find a resolution , after Tyga claimed the label cut him short of up to ten million of unpaid royalties. In early October, Birdman requested an extension, in order to "facilitate ongoing settlement discussion," and hopefully reach a settlement. Now, a  new report from The Blast indicates an aggressive counter from Birdman's camp, which is to say: throw this one out of court.
