After the premiere episode of  “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta”  last night, Joseline Hernandez’s sex is being questioned! Maybe it is just a vicious rumor because Joseline Hernandez disgraced women on national T.V last night, but Blogger Sandra Rose  reported on the allegations a week before the show even aired. Rose posted the anonymous letter, which read: “I have solid proof that “Joseline Hernandez” of ‘Love Hip Hop Atlanta’ was born a man. “Joe” and I went to the same high school. Attached is a photo scan of his HS yearbook picture before the surgeries. (Please don’t publish his pic!) I was close to him in high school. Here is my contact info. The consequences stemming from  Drake and  Chris Brown’s  club melee are getting extremely real. San Antonio Spurs player  Tony Parker  is suing  Club W.i.P.  for $20 million for injuries he sustained during the bottle bashing incident. Parker claims the club should have never allowed both of Rihanna’s  exes in the establishment at the same time.  In lawsuit documents filed in New York State Supreme court on Thursday, Parker calls W.i.P.’s security negligent for letting the brawl escalate to the point bottles began being thrown. Tony Parker said he was hit by shards of glass in his eyes when Drake allegedly started throwing bottles. Many wonder why  Eva Longoria’s  ex is suing for that huge of a sum, but Parker is justified in suing for $20 million. Big Hutch is suing female rap artist  Eve ,  super-producer– Dr. Dre  and The Ruff Ryders, after he claims he was not paid for his contributions to her song “Love Is Blind.” Big Hutch claims, in 1997, he was hired to work for Eve, that is around the time when he claims he co-wrote and produced the hit tune. The song wasn’t recorded until two years later, for Eve’s album “Let There Be Eve… Ruff Ryders’ First Lady.” Hutch is suing the Ruff Ryders first lady to unpaid claim royalties! Southern rapper  Flo Rida  may be a hit on the music charts, but he certainly isn’t a hit in the courtroom. Flo Rida was just slapped with a $7k fine for lying to a judge in case where  Flo Rida is being sued by a former employee who says he paid her below minimum wage  as she worked her fingers to the bone. As the story goes,  Mahogany Miller  is suing the “Wild Ones” rapper alleging he paid her $3.08 an hour.  Miller also claims Flo Rida fired her when she aired her grievance about her pay. Flo Rida responded by saying Mahogany Miller was never an employee. Flo Rida says she was only an unpaid intern. Though Flo Rida claims the whole lawsuit is without merit, there is an issue. When Flo was first served with papers, he didn’t respond to the lawsuit. He later told a judge he was never served with papers. Flo claimed the papers went to an a woman named  Stephany Nelson . Flo also claimed he didn’t know Nelson and the address the court ...

'Oh Love' will be the first taste of '¡UNO!¡DOS!¡TRÉ!' By   Rolling Stone June 25, 2012 5:15 PM ET Green Day has announced that "Oh Love" will be the lead single from their upcoming album trilogy ¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRÉ! . The track is set for digital release on July 16th and will be the first taste of Green Day's enormous project. "We're changing the guitar sound. We're not going with the big Marshall amp thing," front man Billie Joe Armstrong recently told Rolling Stone about the trilogy. "We wanted something punchier, more power pop – somewhere between AC/DC and the early Beatles... If you listen to it, it feels grand. But it also feels like a garage band." ¡UNO! will be released September 25th, with ¡DOS! following on November 23rd and ¡TRÉ! on January 15th, 2013.
