Bryan Leach faces two years in prison after copping a plea.  Hip-Hop record executive Bryan Leach as he pleads guilty in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday, September 24, 2012. Leach was arrested for gun possession. He will be sentenced to 2 years in prison. Bryan Leach, credited with discovering Lil Jon, the Ying Yang Twins, and Pitbull, pleaded guilty to attempted gun possession. NYPost.com  reports that the deal, which was made on Monday (September 24) in Manhattan, will put Leach in prison for two years. The former TVT Records executive and founder of Polo Grounds Music was stopped by police in 2010 for driving erratically in New York. Inside the 2006 Bentley Continental's console was a Kel-Tec handgun loaded with hollow-point bullets. Leach pleaded to a single, reduced count of attempted weapons possession in the second degree. He had been charged with two counts of weapons possession.

Fans and rumor mills alike have been abuzz with the recent news that a sex tape involving Kanye West was being shopped to a number of media outlets. A lawyer for the Chicago emcee has released a statement to  AllHipHop.com  regarding the matter, stating that the tape was stolen. “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” wrote Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman. “Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,” added the notice. “We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, di...

Controversial music executive  Suge Knight  is once again making headlines after new audio footage has emerged online with him accusing ex-affiliate  Dr. Dre  of being a homosexual. Talking to radio veteran  Howard Stern , Knight  first called out the Doc  for "snitching" on him to his parole officer. "Ninety-five percent of them is closet cases," Knight told radio host Howard Stern when asked about homosexual rappers. Following  accusations that he hasn’t paid child support  for one of his children, Juvenile has released a statement via his publicist calling the allegations “false.” “With reference to recent allegations made against me, I would like my fans to know that such accusations are completely false and my legal team is currently at work to prove so,” he said. “In the meantime, I stay positive. I will continue to focus on my work and I look forward to the release of my upcoming album.” On Friday (February 24), a Louisiana judge ordered an arrest warrant against Juvie for failure to pay more than $160,000 in unpaid child support. Petey Pablo quietly turned himself into prison earlier this year for attempting to smuggle a gun through an airport on September 11, 2011. On January 4, the North Carolina rapper reported to a medium security federal correction institution in West Virginia and started his three-year prision term, reports  TMZ. According to court docs obtained by the site, the court recommended Pablo receive “intensive substance abuse treatment, vocational training and educational opportunities” while behind bars. Pablo is scheduled be released on July 17, 2014. Petey Pablo isn’t the only rapper struggling through legal troubles this weekend.  Juvenile was officially accused  of not paying child support for his 13-year-old son on Friday (February  24) and a warrant for his arrest has been issued as a result.
