Recent years have seen the subject repeatedly brought up in Hip Hop circles. Atlanta-based producer Mr. Collipark offered his opinions about the issue in an interview with DJ Smallz Eyes. That’s why when she started liking Nicki Minaj’s ex Safaree Samuels Ig posts, there was no way the ish was gonna go unnoticed. Mill got wind of the ‘innocent’ likes and blasted Raheem in a post of his own: Word is once Meek saw what was going on he started blowing up Raheem’s phone non-stop. Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West recently talked about his longevity in the music industry and how much he respects former Roc-A-Fella Records owner Damon “Dame” Dash . Speaking to “The Breakfast Club” this week, Kanye dished on siding with longtime pal Jay Z instead of Dame during the Roc split in the mid-2000’s. “He presented me to the world,” Ye said referring to Dash. “I wouldn’t have a record deal if it wasn’t for Dame Dash. I wasn’t [loyal to him] and this was an extremely visionary move on my part to roll with Jay Z. I’ve mentioned Dame a lot in raps but the story’s not done. Young Money’s Tyga can breathe a sigh of relief following publicized scrutiny about his alleged romance with teen celebrity Kylie Jenner after receiving a co-sign from rap star Kanye West . Russell Simmons speaks on "jail culture" and the prison-industrial complex while responding to Geraldo Rivera's recent comments on Hip Hop.
