Comedian Chris Tucker has 4.4 Million Problems!!!

CHRIS TUCKER COULD LOSE HOME; OWES 4.4 MILLION DOLLARS!

Chris Tucker, the American actor and comedian best known for his role in the ‘Rush Hour’ moves, is facing foreclosure on his multi-million dollar mansion in Florida. SunTrust Bank filed papers against the popular entertainer with a Lake County court earlier this week, reports Associated Press.
According to the documents, Tucker still owes $4.4 million of the $6 million he paid for the property in 2007. However, the 10,000 square-foot lakeside home has been assessed by the country property appraiser at just $1.6 million. According to the Orlando Sentinel, the mansion is located in the prestigious Bella Collina development in Florida – the 1,900-acre community looks over a championship golf course. The home has five bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen, three fireplaces, a personal spa and a basement “designed like a pirate ship with a wooden deck, mast and sail”. The court documents show the actor’s monthly mortgage payments were set at over $25,000.
Although best known for starring opposite Jackie Chan in the three ‘Rush Hour’ movies, Tucker has also starred in ‘Friday’, ‘The Fifth Element’ and ‘Money Talks’, with Charlie Sheen. Along with Macaulay Culkin and Jay Leno, he appeared as a witness at the trial of Michael Jackson in 2005.
