TYGA CLAWS POOR RAPPER REPORTS, "HE'S NOT SOME BROKE-A** SQUATTER"

 YMCMB rapper Tyga is denying a landlord’s claims that he is squatting in his Malibu mansion! (Seriously, we can’t make this stuff up.)

According to the landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, Tyga signed a one year lease in June to rent the mansion at $16,000/month, but expressed a wish to terminate the lease early.  When Rezai wouldn’t terminate the lease, Tyga just stopped paying rent.  Rezai claims that Tyga has not paid rent since since September…but is still living in the mansion!  Gezai filed a lawsuit against Tyga for unpaid rent and damages.

However Tyga’s rep is calling BS on that one.  According to his rep, Tyga gave Rezai the customary 30 days notice before he MOVED OUT and BOUGHT a $6.5 million dollar mansion of his own!  He went on to argue that that there’s no way Tyga could be squatting rent-free in Rezai’s mansion in Malibu…when he’s living in his brand new mansion in Calabasas.

Tyga’s rep believes that Rezai hasn’t been able to get anyone to take over Tyga’s lease (no wonder at that price range!)…but he must be “faded” if he thinks Tyga’s going to pay rent at a crib he doesn’t even live in anymore!
