Kendrick Johnson’s Family Still Demands Answers: Why Were His Clothes and Organs Missing?
Kendrick Johnson’s parents are planning a public war to receive the truth about their son’s suspicious death. Kendrick Johnson, just 17 years old, was found on Jan. 11 dead and rolled up in a gym mat. Authorities said they believe the death was an accident and that he suffocated in the mat while he was trying to grab his sneakers. The family doesn’t believe those findings to be correct. They’re now launching a public war on the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
This Tuesday, Johnson’s family petitioned a Georgia judge to order a coroner’s inquest to dig deeper into the mμrder of their son. Kenneth Johnson, the victim’s father, said they are just trying to uncover the truth about the conditions under which their son passed away. Jacquelyn Johnson, the boy’s mother, is also asking questions. She wanted to know exactly how a teenager who was fit from playing basketball, football and running track could get caught in a mat and suffocate.
A lot of questions popped up when Kendrick’s body was unearthed for another autopsy. A pathologist that the family hired said that the organs of the teenager were missing and that newspaper had been put in their place. The private pathologist also said that the young man died of a non-accidental blunt force t****a. The families’ lawyer, Benjamin Crump, was responsible for bringing national attention to the Trayvon Martin case. Crump said factors that made the death suspicious include that the teens clothing from the day of his d***h have gone missing. Also, Kendrick’s nails were c*t after he died and those nail clippings cannot be found.
Johnson said the only conclusion that the family can come to is that their son was mμrdered and the police are covering up. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is standing by their findings.
