The last time we saw Tiffany “New York” Pollard on reality TV was when she was on the series, “New York Goes To Work,”
and that was back in 2009. The show was nowhere near as popular as the
ones that made her a star, including “I Love New York,” and the uber
popular “Flavor of Love,” so afterwards, she gave up on unscripted TV
altogether.
Aside from a few attempts to become a serious actress (including having small roles in films like First Sunday and an independent film called The Shop last
year), we haven’t seen or heard much from Pollard. But according to new
reports, and Pollard, she’s about to back on our TV screens.
According to TMZ, Pollard has started taping a new show in L.A. that will focus on her and her relationship
with her mother, Sister Patterson. They were spotted shooting last
week. It’s unclear who the show is for since TMZ says VH1 hasn’t
responded as of yet to their calls about whether or not she’s returning
to the network, but Pollard has confirmed that she’s on her way back to
reality TV:
2015
is "MY YEAR"to reemerge STRONGER,WISER,& BETTER than ever before!
The Original H.B.I.C is making a huge comeback this year! This is NOT
wishful thinking again. My ink just dried on a REAL Legitimate
Contract. No more letdowns.THIS ONE'S IN THE BAG! Who wit me?! XOXOX
Well, reality TV seemed to be the perfect fit for Pollard, so if a
network (VH1 included) wants her back, kudos to her. Question is, would
you tune in to yet another “New York”-based reality show?
