PHOENIX (AP) — Investigators for an Arizona sheriff's volunteer posse say President Barack Obama's birth certificate is definitely fraudulent. Members of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's posse said in March that there was probable cause that Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House in April 2011 was a computer-generated forgery. Now, Arpaio says investigators are positive it's fraudulent. So-called "birthers" maintain Obama is ineligible to be president because, they contend, he was born in Kenya. However, Hawaii officials have repeatedly verified Obama's citizenship, and courts have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue. Mike Zullo, the Arizona posse's chief investigator, said numeric codes on parts of the long-form birth certificate indicate those parts weren't filled out, yet those sections asking for the race of Obama's father and his field of work or study were completed. Sage Stallone, the son of Sylvester Stallone, was found dead at his San Fernando Valley home Friday, a law enforcement source said. Los Angeles police who were asked to make a welfare check at the home found the body, said the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the case was ongoing. No cause of death has been determined, and no other details were immediately available. Sage Stallone was born in Los Angeles in 1976. He appeared as an actor in several movies, including some with his father, such as "Rocky V" and "Daylight." He was 36. Rapper  Beanie Sigel  has been sentenced to spend two years behind bars for stiffing the IRS out of more than $700k in back taxes.  Sigel -- who's worked with some of the biggest names in rap including  Jay-Z  and  Snoop -- had previously pled guilty to not filing federal tax returns for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005.  During today's sentencing hearing in U.S District Court in Philadelphia ... Beanie told the judge he accepts "total responsibility" ... but griped about family members who allegedly spent him dry while he was serving time for drug and gun crimes back in 2004 and 2005.  "I haven't been able to get my career back on track since" ... Sigel told the court.  Beanie has until Sept. 12 to surrender to authorities to begin his sentence.

70s sitcom star  Jimmie ‘JJ’ Walker  sat down with Bill O’Reilly  in an interview today that mostly hit on Walker’s dissatisfaction with  President Obama . Walker described Obama as someone who makes you feel good, but the economy is still in bad shape and it’s not enough for African-Americans to keep supporting him simply because they like him. Publicist Joy Fehily says in a brief email statement that the 54-year-old actor “suffered a myocardial infarction” early Friday. She says his heart rate has stabilized and he’s expected to make a full recovery. Fehily wouldn’t confirm a TMZ.com report that Duncan’s actress-girlfriend, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, discovered the former bodyguard in distress at about 2 a.m. Friday in his Los Angeles area home and revived him by performing CPR. Representatives for the actress didn’t immediately respond to requests by  The Associated Press for comment. Brown tweeted a photo of himself with a cut chin, then later removed it, as well as other messages about the fight, including epithets and taunts. A representative later released a statement saying the singer and his girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran, were victims of a “brutal attack.” A representative for Drake said the star was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. “He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property,” according to the statement.
