Arsenio Hall ‘s new syndicated late-night talk show will look a lot like the old one, with the same name,  The Arsenio Hall Show , and the “Woof, Woof, Woof!” chant in full force. That’s according to the first promo for the show, titled “The Legend Is Back,” which reveals September 9 as its premiere date next fall. The CBS TV Distribution project took off after  a deal with the Tribune stations  in April. It was subsequently cleared in most of the country.

Never one to shy away from dramatics, former Supremes headliner  Diana Ross caused a scene in a Beverly Hills restaurant  last Thursday after she was told she would have to wait to be seated. Ross arrived at upscale Italian eatery La Scala to have lunch with her daughter when she was told the restaurant does not seat anyone without a reservation until the entire party has arrived. Because Ross showed up ahead of her daughter, she was asked to wait. She declined and marched on to a corner booth anyway, according to the New York Post. The Post reports that management walked over to discuss the restaurant's seating policies with the singer, telling Ms. Ross that she would not be served if she didn't wait for her daughter to arrive. EXCLUSIVE Katt Williams  was just arrested in L.A., TMZ has learned -- after blowing off a court date in Sacramento. As we previously reported, a Sacramento judge  issued a bench warrant  for Katt's arrest yesterday when the comedian failed to show up for his arraignment, stemming from his wild  3-wheeled police chase  back in November.  He's been charged with evading a police officer while driving recklessly, a felony. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the LAPD was aware Katt was a wanted man and when detectives spotted him outside his Los Angeles home, they placed him under arrest. We're told Katt was fully cooperative with police.
