Prisoner claims lyrics were stolen in bizarre government conspiracy.  A California inmate filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against Jay Z , Beyoncé , Kanye West  and more, for conspiring with the government to steal his lyrics.  Richard Dupree Jr. — who is locked up at the California State Prison in Corcoran — filed the suit on April 21, claiming that some of music's biggest stars have built their fortune off his talent.   With the help of the CIA, FBI and Homeland Security, Yeezy and The Carters have been in the business of stealing his ideas for the last three to four years, Dupree alleges. Chris Brown and Rihanna  were also involved in the lyrical larceny plan.  They allegedly did it by spying on Dupree in his cell and successfully wresting 3,000 songs from him. Ice T reveals that he was tired of the bar being so low in Hip Hop when he made his comments about Soulja Boy. It was roughly five years ago when Hip Hop veteran  Ice T informed fellow rapper Soulja Boy to “eat a dick.”  Those words from Ice T  were featured on DJ Ciscos  Urban Legend  mixtape along with a few other comments about Hip Hop. While speaking with  Vlad TV , the “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star says he now regrets the comments he made about  Soulja Boy . Suge Knight reveals that if Tupac Shakur was dead, arrests would have been made by now. Former Death Row Records CEO  Suge Knight  has again shared his belief that the late Tupac Shakur is not dead. TMZ  caught up with Knight earlier this week outside of 1OAK as he proceeded to take part in a rant that touched on Tupac, Puff Daddy, why he thinks Pac is still alive, and more. According to Knight, part of the reason why he believes Tupac is alive is because someone came forward to confess to shooting the rapper, but was never arrested.
