Rob Kardashian was handcuffed and almost arrested in Miami past midnight on Sunday, photos and video at TMZ confirm.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney's 25-year-old brother was reportedly joking around with a photographer snapping photos of him across the street. The reality star ran towards the snapper and followed him into a smoke shop -- all in jest.

But, according to TMZ, the photographer misunderstood the star's intent, ran from Kardashian, and alerted the cops, who quickly handcuffed the Dancing with the Stars alum and threw him in the back of a police car.
