Macklemore & Ryan Lewis break a record on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' "Thrift Shop" continues to do amazing things. After going 5x platinum the other week, the single has now broken a Billboard record on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart.
Billboard reports that the single set a record for the longest running #1 rap song in the chart's history, beating out DJ Khaled's previous record-holder, 2011's "I'm On One" featuring DrakeRick Ross and Lil Wayne
"I'm One" ran for eleven weeks straight in the #1 spot, while "Thrift Shop" has gone for twelve weeks straight.
