California trio to perform at Rock En Seine and Summer Sonic festivals this summer... Posted Wednesday, 14 March 2012 in Green Day Okay, so now that the Reading and Leeds festival announcements have been made, it's looking less and less likely that Green Day WILL be playing a festival on UK soil in 2012. HOWEVER, they have announced a couple of festival headline slots across the world. One near, one... not so near. First up, they're topping the bill at Rock En Seine in Paris, France over the August bank holiday weekend. Joining them there will be Placebo , The Black Keys , Noel Gallgher's High Flying Birds , Foster The People , Sigur Ros and Mark Lanegan . Fancy making the hop over the river to catch a bit of that?
