Black Adam Films Summer 2020 Confirms Dwayne Johnson

While there has been speculation if Dwayne Johnson will be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, at least Black Adam is happening. Venom 2 Will Unleash Marvel Villain Shriek, Carnage's Girlfriend

The picture for Venom 2 is slowly starting to come into focus and the villain situation just got twice as deadly. Not only is the sequel going to bring Carnage into the fold, but it's come to light that Shriek will also be getting in on the action. This means Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock will certainly have his hands full during his second solo outing. According to a new report, Shriek will be included in Venom 2 , however, the casting process is still underway, so there's no word on who will be playing her just yet. Shriek, in the pages of Marvel Comics, is the girlfriend of Cletus Kasady, aka Carnage , who will be played by Woody Harrellson in the sequel. Harrellson made a cameo appearance during a post-credit scene in the first Venom. Shriek initially appeared in the pages of Spider-Man Unlimited #1, which was part of the Maximum Carnage storyline. Lauryn Hill Set To Release Her First Solo Single In 5 Years

Lauryn Hill hasn’t released a solo single in five years is now set to be on a new song that will be on the upcoming film, “ Queen & Slim .” The movie will be in theaters on November 14, and the soundtrack will be released on November 15. Other artists that will be featured on the soundtrack include Melina Matsoukas and Lena Waithe flick includes 6lack, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby and more.   Melina Matsoukas the director of the film said, “I wanted the soundtrack for ‘Queen & Slim’ to showcase the historical evolution of black music, from its roots in blues and soul to modern bounce, hip-hop, and R&B, much like we used to see in film soundtracks in the 1990s. In addition to being a sitcom pioneer, she sang on television, in nightclubs, on recordings and on Broadway, where she won a Tony Award.  By Margalit Fox Diahann Carroll, who more than half a century ago transcended racial barriers as the star of “Julia,” the first American television series to chronicle the life of a black professional woman, died on Friday at her home in West Hollywood, Calif. She was 84. Her publicist, Jeffrey Lane, said the cause was complications of breast cancer. Ms. Carroll had survived the cancer in the 1990s and become a public advocate for screening and treatment. A situation comedy broadcast on NBC from 1968 to 1971, “Julia” starred Ms. Carroll as Julia Baker, a widowed nurse with a young son. The show featured Marc Copage as Julia’s son, and Lloyd Nolan as the curmudgeonly but broad-minded doctor for whom she worked.
