The Notorious B.I.G.’s son CJ Wallace has been accused of being gay since photos of his graduation were released showing him hugging a male friend from behind. Mom and R&B Diva Faith Evans proceeded to curse out the masses in defense of her son, but CJ himself has yet to speak on the rumor. WASHINGTON — The number of young black men and teenagers who either killed or were killed in shootings has risen at an alarming rate since 2000, a new study shows. The study, to be released Monday by criminologists at Northeastern University in Boston, comes as FBI data is showing that murders have leveled off nationwide. Not so for black teens, the youngest of whom saw dramatic increases in shooting deaths, the Northeastern report concluded.   Last year, for example, 426 black males between the ages of 14 and 17 were killed in gun crimes, the study shows. That marked a 40 percent increase from 2000. Eyes filled with fear, pain and trauma from the hands of  a cold and exploitative culture. Similarly, an estimated 964 in the same age group committed fatal shootings in 2007 _ a 38 percent increase from seven years earlier. One of Nicki Minaj 's back-up dancers was hospitalized after she was bitten by a snake during rehearsals for the MTV Video Music Awards , according to a U.S. report. The " Super Bass " hitmaker is scheduled to perform her new single "Anaconda" during the music prizegiving ceremony on Sunday and was rehearsing for the live show with her dancers and a large snake this week. Minaj and her team were onstage as the six-foot reptile slithered up to a female performer and sunk its fangs into her, according to TMZ.com. The dancer was taken to a Los Angeles hospital for treatment and the snake was removed from the stage. Her injury is not believed to be serious. It is not known if the animal will still be used in the performance. Taylor Swift , Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora will also perform at the ceremony, which is being held at The Forum in Los Angeles.  

NEW YORK ( AP ) A rap and reality television star is lashing out at police who say he's wanted for roughing up his ex-girlfriend and stealing her cellphone. Joe Budden directed his ire at the New York Police Department via Twitter on Saturday after it sent out his picture and asked the public for help tracking him down. In one expletive-punctuated tweet, the 33-year-old city native says he's going to sue. In another, he tells the NYPD 's account to alert the "Man hunt" that he'll be at an Astoria strip club Saturday night. Police say the "Love & Hip Hop" star snatched the phone and twisted his ex-girlfriend's arm during a dispute in his car early Monday in Manhattan . Budden didn't immediately return an email. His latest album is "All Love Lost."
