 Accuser seeking payout to cover medical expenses.  The legal noise following Chris Brown hasn't died down since he's been in rehab. Breezy is at the center of a new lawsuit , this time from the man whose nose he allegedly broke in Washington, D.C., late last year.   Alleged victim Parker Isaac Adams filed a $3 million suit against the 25-year-old "Loyal" singer and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, Tuesday (Feb. 18). The settlement would go to cover Walker's medical bills, he said in an interview this week.   The October altercation occurred after Adams tried to jump in a photo with Brown and some female fans. The Grammy winner denied his request by announcing, "I'm not down with that gay s---," before administering the alleged beat down. Brown and Hollosy both face misdemeanor assault in the incident. Kimora Lee Simmons   is a married woman once again! The fashion designer and reality TV star secretly tied the knot with banker   Tim Leissner ,   Russell Simmons   revealed on Twitter. Leave it to your ex, to accidentally or intentionally ‘out’ you. "All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married," he wrote on Wednesday. "Tim has been family for a while now." Simmons, 38, and Leissner were first linked last year following her split from longtime boyfriend  Djimon Hounsou , with whom she has one son, Kenzo, 4. She also has two daughters, Ming, 14, and Aoki, 11, with ex-husband Russell. This is the second trip down the aisle for Simmons, who has yet to confirm the marriage herself.  Family friend Jeffery Hubbard convicted on five counts, including homicide by vessel. Jefferey Simon Hubbard, the family friend arrested last March for killing Ushe r's 11-year-old stepson, Kile Glover, has been handed a guilty verdict. The incident occurred in July 2012. Kile was vacationing with his father, TV executive Ryan Glover, at Lake Lanier in Georgia. He was in an inner tube on the water, being pulled along by a boat, when Hubbard, aboard a jet ski, accidentally hit him. Kile was unresponsive when he was pulled from the water. His brain injuries were so severe, he never regained consciousness, and passed away later that month. "At the end of the day, I know he didn’t do it on purpose," Tameka Foster, Kile's mother and Usher's ex-wife said, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution . "He could've only loved Kile." Terrence Davidson , Minaj’s ex-wig designer responsible for many of her colorful, over-the-top hair pieces, filed a $30 million lawsuit in a district court in Atlanta on Friday against the YMCMB rapper claiming she stole wig designs and sold and licensed them while cutting him out of the profits,   TIME exclusively reports . "Her lawyers may complicate it, but we don’t need to get into intellectual-property law. This is basic American morality. Nicki Minaj lied to this man and cheated him,” Christopher Chestnut, Davidson's attorney, tells the news outlet. The Warner Bros movie is holding open auditions for boys who are 11 to 13 of any ethnicity for lead roles in the movie.     Hugh Jackman is set to play Blackbeard in the remake of “Peter Pan” and the film will be directed by Oscar-nominated, Joe Wright (Atonement).
