Word on the block is that internet radio app, Pandora, is paying artists a boatload of money to be able to use their songs. According to a statement released by Pandora founder Tim Westergren, Pandora pays more than 2,000 artists over $10,000 each for using their music. So, who gets the most cash? That would be Drake and Lil’ Wayne. Both artists earn $3 million a year just for licensing their music to Pandora! That $3 million guaranteed for not doing anything at all. ColdPlay is the only other group of artists that also earns that much cash from the radio station. Wiz Khalifa is cashing in those checks, too, and also makes a cool $1 million from the site. Hopefully  Bow Wow’s  “106 & Park” checks will start coming in soon as it’s just been uncovered that the rapper owes his creditors $283K for his 2005  Ferrari . While Bow Wow’s baby momma was  chasing him for child support  (based on his claimed $4,000 a month salary) a collection agency was after him for  not paying  for his 2005  Ferrari F430 . Bow Wow leased the  car in  2008 and quickly defaulted on the bill.  The company sued him and won a judgment for $216,084 in 2009.  And now that the interest has grown, he owes $283,785 for the vehicle . And since he told his custody judge that he only has $1,500 in the bank, which is now seeming more true, it seems like he’ll be spending most of his  new salary  climbing out of debt.  Or at least we hope he will. A video of Lil Wayne being kissed by a man thought to be Young Money DJ Stevie J has surfaced. In the footage, it appears as though the 'Mirror' rapper is kissed on the lips by a man during a club appearance at the Fontainebleau Hotel Club LIV in Miami. Seemingly wiping his lips after, the 30-year-old continues to dance along with the crowd on the stage. Speculated at first that it was  Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta ’s Stevie J, the man now has potentially been identified as DJ Stevie J who was at the LIV that night doing his weekly hosting spot. Rumours spread several years ago that the Young Money   rapper was gay after a picture of him and YMCMB   partner Birdman kissing surfaced online. It could appear that DJ Stevie J is whispering something in the  Dedication 4  rappers' ear but that was a very quick pull-back. Do you think DJ Stevie J gave  Lil Wayne  a cheeky lil peck? Last week the Internet was buzzing over Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj's American Idol  beef. Another well-known diva, Queen Latifah, shared her opinion on  Anderson Cooper  saying, "You gotta respect your elders to a point." When asked whose side she's on, the  Steel Magnolias  star said, "I would definitely not take sides in ignorance… but that's really not about them. At the end of the day, they are both very blessed to be in a position that they are. It's about giving a leg up to the new people who want to be a Nicki or be a Mariah."
