The rapper was driving his vehicle about 12:30 am and police pulled him over in a “routine” traffic stop, according to TMZ.com. Krayzie Bone, 39, was suspected as being intoxicated, authorities said. The police asked the rapper to perform a sobriety test and a breathalyzer came in over .10, which is over the legal limits in California. The rapper was arrested and taken to jail. He was cooperative. The judge in the  Katherine Jackson  case needs help deciding to whom he should award permanent guardianship of MJ's children -- so he's ordered an independent investigator to interview the kids ... and report back asap. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ,  Judge Mitchell Beckloff  has ordered a probate court investigator named  Cary Ornelas  to "prepare an investigation report addressing the status of the minor children and their currently suspended guardian, Katherine Jackson." According to the court order, Ornelas has been authorized to interview the Jackson children at their school ... without notice. Once completed, Ornelas' report will be submitted to the judge ... for his eyes only. Michael Jackson's nephew  TJ Jackson  is currently the kids' temporary guardian, and he has already filed documents asking to make the guardianship permanent. Conrad Hilton  -- Paris Hilton's youngest brother -- is currently behind bars in juvenile hall in Downtown L..A. ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.  We're told 18-year-old Hilton was arrested after testing positive for marijuana ... a violation of his probation stemming from a previous marijuana arrest.  Hilton will remain in custody until he gets before a judge ... and considering it's Friday evening, he might be stuck behind bars until Monday.  So far, no comment from the Hilton camp.

Katherine Jackson  is challenging the court ruling that temporarily stripped her of guardianship of  Michael Jackson 's children -- and claiming she never wanted TJ Jackson to step into the role ... despite court documents stating otherwise.  By Dart Adams   On July 14th, the  Washington Post  published a piece by Touré  titled  “ How America And Hip-Hop Failed Each Other .”  Touré's editorial quickly made the rounds through the Hip-Hop blogosphere. I personally read it and have to say that I have a few issues with his article. The data that Touré used regarding the war on drugs, the incarceration rates, unemployment rates and the books he brings into the discussion to help hammer home his conclusion was not the problem. Oddly enough, where Touré's entire piece fell apart was when he discussed anything regarding Hip-Hop. Let me explain why… Basically Touré's entire article hinges on how Hip-Hop went from having a majority Black audience in the 80's, when it was largely Afrocentric and fairly conscious/uplifting, to possessing a mostly Caucasian audience that reveled in criminal/gangsta archetypes in the 90's. I must admit I was a little disappointed to see that Janet had taken issue with the tweets.  Paris had a concern that should have been addressed first and foremost. I can understand why Paris sent the smoke signals, because if the person you know as parent/ guardian takes off (allegedly) without notice and you don't hear from them you would naturally be alarmed. Janet could have expressed her concerns about the tweets after addressing the issue; if indeed what has been reported is true.   Now I would like to address the obvious if this incident happened on the Jackson compound, how did the media get a hold of the footage?
