On Tuesday a Grand Jury in Georgia indicted Young Vito with the murder of Brick Squad rapper Slim Dunkin in December 2011. Vito, born Vinson Hardimon, was charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. As the case has went further it's thought that Vito and Slim were fighting over studio time and the argument escalated when Vito opened fire. Adam Levine broke into television with his gig as a coach on NBC’s “The Voice.” Now it looks like the Maroon 5 frontman is going to break into acting. According to EW.com’s Inside TV blog, Levine is in final negotiations to appear in a scripted role for season two of “American Horror Story.” The show’s producers are reportedly willing to work around his schedule to have him on the show. . Levine will star as one half of a couple called “The Lovers.” Not much has been leaked in regard to season two at this point, but we do know that the setting will be the East Coast, in a “horror institution,” whatever that means. It’s a little unclear as to exactly what went down, but based on reports it sounds like the rapper’s tour bus, which was carrying eight people, was chased down and shot at by someone in a black sedan. . Rapper Honey Cocaine, a recent signing of Tyga’s, was shot in the arm and taken to taken to Creighton University Medical Center. 20-year-old Derrick Lowe was grazed by a bullet on his hip and refused treatment. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards of The Rolling Stones have reconciled their disagreements. The two British rock stars have had several bust-ups over the years but Richards’ autobiography caused new problems. Jagger and Richards spoke to the Daily Mirror  about their relationship.   Sony Pictures and Akil Productions have just released more stills from their upcoming remake of the classic 1976 film “ Sparkle .” The movie stars Jordin Sparks, Tika Sumpter ,Carmen Ejogo, the late Whitney Houston and is set to be released theatrically on August 17th. Earlier this summer , it was reported that the director was dropping out of directing the movie in favor of doing the Eminem boxing movie " Southpaw ." But then, just over a week later , production company Morgan Creek , signed Fuqua to a pay-or-play deal to keep him on the movie and show their commitment to getting the project made. Well, "Southpaw" was dropped by DreamWorks , "Tupac" still hasn't found a lead, and Fuqua is ready to work. Last fall , you might remember that Fuqua was tapped by Relativity for a sci-fi action film called " Afterburn " that had Gerard Butler attached to star.
