Marlon Wayans  has a new film out in theaters today, the horror-comedy entitled,  A Haunted  House , but I’ve been wondering if the long-delayed biopic about the life of legendary comedian  Richard Pryor  is any closer to filming. In short, no, as revealed in a new Q&A with Shadow and Act. Hopefully that’ll change for the comedian who has shown he has legitimate acting chops in the indie-drama  Requiem For A Dream . Only a few days after "Love & Hip Hop" returned to VH1 for a third season, one of its characters has gotten himself in serious trouble. Yandy Smith's baby daddy Mandeecees Harris "was charged with performing various sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl and inappropriately touching her at his former home in Lodi." Harris allegedly asked the girl for oral sex and got what he wished for, but now he will pay the price. He was officially charged with aggravated sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment. He faces up to 20 years in prison. This should definitely add some serious drama to the next episode. B-13 PEER REVIEW  WHERE YOU HEAR IT FIRST If the rumors are true, Destiny's Child is going to have the reunion of the century. Beyonce, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will reportedly  reunite for a Destiny's Child performance during the 2013 Super Bowl Halftime Show , according to Us Weekly. Sources tell the magazine that Beyonce will kick off the Halftime Show solo and then midway through, Rowland and Williams will join her to  perform their new song, "Nuclear."  Beyonce will then take center stage again for a big finale. The possible  Destiny's Child Super Bowl performance  would be the group's first live show since a farewell gig during the 2006 NBA All-Star game, notes MTV News. The group split up in 2005 and each of the three members worked on solo projects. On Thursday, news was posted onto the  Destiny's Child Facebook page revealing that the group will reunite  on the new album, "Love Songs," to drop in late January.  &quo

Mike Einziger Incubus' Mike Einziger has released an alternative version of the Coheed and Cambria  track "Dark Side of Me". The song comes from Coheed and Cambria's upcoming release Afterman: Descension, which will be released on February 5th. B-13 PEER REVIEW  WHERE YOU HEAR IT FIRST Alice In Chains have released the official  music  video for their new single, "Hallow," which comes from their forthcoming album. The video was filmed by director Roboshobo (Metallica, Mastodon,  Green Day ) and can be watched here @ B-13 Peer Review . The new album is set to be released this spring. It was produced by Nick Raskulinecz ( Foo Fighters , Deftones), who produced their last album, "Black Gives Way To Blue." Guitarist/vocalist Jerry Cantrell told Guitar World, "In my opinion, that record stood up to anything else we've put out in our career. Hopefully, the  new album  will connect with people in the same way."

Beyonce  is running the game on the cover of the new  GQ  for February of 2013.  The cover featuring this year’s Super Bowl Halftime attraction was leaked early and has now been released by the mag to placate the thirst of her first (including us) until the issue  drops on January 15th . Named one of the “100 Sexiest Women Of The 21st Century” Blue Ivy’s mom is sporting a cut-off football shirt, a gold chain and some red zipper shorts. We’re sure there are very  haute couture  names for what she’s wearing with actual designers but all we care about is the  flirtatious peak-a-boob. MILF does a body good.
