Heather O'Rourke  Sadly, Heather passed away when she was 12 years old during surgery complications for acute bowel obstruction. She played Carol Anne in the 1982 film Poltergeist. Gary Coleman  The popular star from "Different Strokes" passed away at the age of 42 from a brain hemorrhage. Gary slipped into a coma and died shortly after being take off life support.

Paula Patton couldn't have been smiling wider on Thursday night as her very public divorce with Robin Thicke rolls on.
