Julia Robert’s new film ‘ Mothers Day ‘  is casting kids and families with kids to fill small roles in the movie. Gary Marshall’s new comedy “ Mothers Day ” is now filming in the Atlanta area. The project just released a casting call for paid background actors. Bay area casting directors are holding video auditions this week for experienced hip hop dancers to be featured in a television commercial. The auditions are for a non-union national commercial and print ad that will be filming next week in the San Francisco Bay area. The spot’s casting team is accepting video submissions for the roles this weekend with a deadline of Monday, the 5th. The commercial is seeking experienced dancers who are proficient in hip hop styles and break dancing experience is a plus.   Specifically, they are interested in experienced Hip Hop Dancing Women ages 20 to 35 . The project will be filming next week in the Bay area and there is also a fitting that talent will need to attend early next week. HBO’s “ The Leftovers ” is now filming in Texas and is casting locals for season 2 The HBO series is looking for Austin area locals who would like to make some extra cash by working as paid TV show extras. The  science fiction romance flick, “ Passengers ” is in production in the Atlanta area and looking to cast a few featured roles. Casting call in Charleston South Carolina for Megan Leavey Biopic. Fantastic Four   star Kate Mara will be playing Iraq war hero Megan Leavey in the upcoming film “ Megan Leavey .”  The film is in production in the Charleston area and looking to cast a lot of military type roles. Megan Leavey was a marine who was involved in a K9 bomb sniffing unit. Megan and her dog Rex formed a tight relationship and served 2 tours in Iraq. After many missions, the 2 were wounded and Leavey returned home without her dog Rex who was kept on active duty in Iraq following her discharge. Megan spent the next 5 years waiting to adopt the dog who was later scheduled to be euthenized after his tour. Leavey fought to save her dog and ultimately adopted him. Her fight to reunite with her partner is now being made into a movie.
