The first flying cars are set to go on sale to the public as early as 2015. Terrafugia has announced its Transition design, which is part sedan, part private jet with two seats, four wheels and wings that fold up so it can be driven like a car, will be on sale in less than two years. Mo’Nique had all but virtually disappeared since she set the acting world abuzz with her Oscar-winning portrayal as mother Mary in the  film   Precious: Based on the novel Push by Sapphire.  But according to  a recent  Deadline  interview  with Mo’Nique’s husband, Sidney Hicks, the comedienne turned actress is heading back to the big screen. Mo’Nique is joining forces with veteran actor Isaiah Washington to star in an independent film called  Blackbird.  An adaption of a novel by Larry Duplechan, the film will be directed by Patrik-Ian Polk, who’s been behind projects like Logo’s television series “Noah’s Arc.” The film, which is being executive produced by Mo’Nique and her husband, explore the life of a high school aged church choir member who is struggling with his sexual awakening and the realization that he’s gay. Young Jeezy  has been arrested in Atlanta for battery, false imprisonment, and making terroristic threats against his son. Documents show that  Jeezy , born Jay Jenkins, allegedly got into a fight with his son in September of 2012, in a bathroom. The documents obtained by  TMZ  say he threw his son into the glass shower door, causing the son to hit his head. Then,  Jeezy  allegedly punched him in the face, dragged him into the bedroom, threw him on the bed and pummeled him. When he son tried to escape, he was blocked by Jeezy’s  bodyguard. The documents add that  Jeezy  subsequently choked his son and said, “I will kill you.” According to police docs,  Jeezy’s  son claims his dad said, “I will put a bullet in your head right now,” adding, “If I could get away with it, I would kill you.” The ATL rapper turned himself in on Friday and was released on a $45,000 bond. Sadly, we opened the year with the death of a beloved TV star. As we recently reported,  James Avery , better known as ‘Uncle Phil,’  passed away last week  due to complications he suffered after recent open-heart surgery. Many celebs have publicly announced their condolences about the star’s death, but everyone was wondering ‘where is Will’? Will Smith  has finally spoken out about losing his former costar and TV uncle. The movie star took to his Facebook page to express his grief. He posted a photo of the for  Fresh Prince Of Bel Air  cast looking all grown up, which was the last photo they took together, with the caption, “Some of my greatest lessons in Acting, Living and being a respectable human being came through James Avery. Every young man needs an Uncle Phil. Rest in Peace” We’re still sad about the sudden lost. Rest in peace James Avery!
