Yelawolf returns to his roots with his latest effort, the ten-track mixtape  Heart of Dixie … Yelawolf is frustrated. He recently voiced disappointment with his label, Interscope, for promoting “one single in 11 months” from his debut album, November’s  Radioactive  (he was sure to clarify his frustration was not aimed at Shady Records). Surely, the album saw neither the commercial nor critical success that seemed possible for the Alabama-bred firespitter. Though many thought it was still a strong project—as Yela’s fury on the mic was not toned down— Radioactive  had a different overall feel than much of his previous work. (AllHipHop News)  Two men associated with the upcoming musical about the life of the Notorious B.I.G., were arrested for stealing books in Westport, Connecticut. Writers Alfred “Paper Love” Green and Raheim Pope, producers of “Ready To Die,” were arrested on Wednesday (July 19) at a Barnes & Noble bookstore. According to the  Connecticut Post,  Green, 40 and Pope, 37, were caught taking hundreds-of-dollars worth of books from the Barnes & Noble, and fleeing without paying for the merchandise. Police later found the books in a nearby Jaguar and determined that they were taken by the men without paying. The men initially denied owning the Jaguar, which had Georgia license plates. But in a stunning turn of events, Green told officers that he had been arrested with Pope before and that the key to the Jaguar was in Pope’s rectum. Usher 's 11-year-old stepson has passed away this morning from injuries suffered in a tragic jetski accident in Georgia earlier this month ... TMZ has learned.  Doctors removed 11-year-old  Kyle Glover  from life support after it was determined the injuries were too severe to overcome. We're told Kyle's mother,  Tameka Foster , struggled tremendously with the decision.  According to our sources, Tameka is understandably devastated. Glover was injured on July 8 ... as he was riding in an inner tube that was connected to a pontoon in Lake Lanier. According to authorities, a family friend who was riding a jetski behind the pontoon lost control and collided with Glover's tube.  The accident is currently under investigation. Kile Glover , the 11-year-old stepson of  Usher  who was declared braindead in early July, died on Saturday (July 21) after being removed from life support at an Atlanta hospital. There are rumors that Remy Ma is dead or stabbed up in jail. The details are sketchy, but one thing is for sure. Remy Ma is alive, my sources have told me. So that’s that. But, the stabbing is a bit more sketchy. That seems to be false as well. Apparently, somebody updated her Wiki page and decided to include that Rem was stabbed up. All reasonable people that have hit me up have said this is not true. Actually, Papoose – her hubby – ended the rumor once and for all. “Just left my wife on the visit 2day @ 330 she was and still is fine yall haters need 2 get a life @freeremyma,” Papoose tweeted. Super producer Swizz Beatz may not be out of the woods yet when it comes to charges stemming from his involvement with Megaupload. If you remember,  Megaupload was shut down in January of this year or piracy,  with four of its employees seeing jail time. According to  The Source , “authorities are currently going after Swizz Beatz after being swindled out of a charge on the count that Megaupload was outside the United States’ jurisdiction.” Swizz is now facing a 20-page motion filed by the feds – check out the paperwork  here . According to  AP , all of the Megaupload employees are now being indicted for their contribution towards Megaupload and its file sharing. Back in January, the U.S. government seized Megaupload’s domain names, $50 million in assets, and got the New Zealand police to arrest four of the site’s top employees, including its founder, Kim Dotcom. Federal prosecutors in McLean, Virginia shutdown Megaupload.com today, claiming that the company has cost copyright holders over $500 million in lost revenue, from pirated films and music being shared on the website. In recent months, Megaupload.com had garnered support from a variety of artists, including Kanye West, Macy Gray, and Alicia Keys, who is married to Megaupload.com’s current CEO, Swizz Beatz. Universal Music Group filed a lawsuit against a Megaupload.com in December of 2011 and forced a takedown of the promotional video because, it features artists signed to Universal. Megaupload.com countersued UMG and YouTube.com and the video was reinstated in December.
