Sage Stallone, the son of Sylvester Stallone, was found dead at his San Fernando Valley home Friday, a law enforcement source said. Los Angeles police who were asked to make a welfare check at the home found the body, said the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the case was ongoing. No cause of death has been determined, and no other details were immediately available. Sage Stallone was born in Los Angeles in 1976. He appeared as an actor in several movies, including some with his father, such as "Rocky V" and "Daylight." He was 36. [Updated at 4:54 a.m.:  Stallone’s body was found by his housekeeper in his Studio City home this morning, said his lawyer, George Braunstein. Rapper  Beanie Sigel  has been sentenced to spend two years behind bars for stiffing the IRS out of more than $700k in back taxes.  Sigel -- who's worked with some of the biggest names in rap including  Jay-Z  and  Snoop -- had previously pled guilty to not filing federal tax returns for the years 2003, 2004 and 2005.  During today's sentencing hearing in U.S District Court in Philadelphia ... Beanie told the judge he accepts "total responsibility" ... but griped about family members who allegedly spent him dry while he was serving time for drug and gun crimes back in 2004 and 2005.  "I haven't been able to get my career back on track since" ... Sigel told the court.  Beanie has until Sept. 12 to surrender to authorities to begin his sentence.

70s sitcom star  Jimmie ‘JJ’ Walker  sat down with Bill O’Reilly  in an interview today that mostly hit on Walker’s dissatisfaction with  President Obama . Walker described Obama as someone who makes you feel good, but the economy is still in bad shape and it’s not enough for African-Americans to keep supporting him simply because they like him. RELATED: Glenn Beck: Electing A Mormon President Would Be ‘Just As Historic’ As Electing First Black President Walker made it clear he also likes the president, but “he’s not a good guy for the job we have to do.” O’Reilly said to Walker that when he says things like that, he must get lots of pushback from the African-American community. Walker explained why Obama’s race simply isn’t enough for him to get black support. “You just can’t blindly vote for somebody just because they are your – sometimes, even a brother, you have to let him go.” He encouraged African-Americans to keep the focus on policy instead of any racial factors.

Publicist Joy Fehily says in a brief email statement that the 54-year-old actor “suffered a myocardial infarction” early Friday. She says his heart rate has stabilized and he’s expected to make a full recovery. Fehily wouldn’t confirm a TMZ.com report that Duncan’s actress-girlfriend, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, discovered the former bodyguard in distress at about 2 a.m. Friday in his Los Angeles area home and revived him by performing CPR. Representatives for the actress didn’t immediately respond to requests by  The Associated Press for comment. Brown tweeted a photo of himself with a cut chin, then later removed it, as well as other messages about the fight, including epithets and taunts. A representative later released a statement saying the singer and his girlfriend, model Karrueche Tran, were victims of a “brutal attack.” A representative for Drake said the star was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. “He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property,” according to the statement. Exclusive Michael Clarke Duncan is in the intensive care unit at an L.A. hospital after going into cardiac arrest this morning ... and might have died if not for the swift action of his girlfriend Omarosa Stallworth . TMZ has learned ... Omarosa discovered the "Green Mile" actor in a state of cardiac arrest just before 2:00 AM. We're told Omarosa performed CPR and was able to resuscitate the 54-year-old. MCD was transported to a nearby hospital where he was immediately admitted to the ICU. Sources tell us ... Duncan's heart rate is now stable and Omarosa is by his side. Green Day has officially released the album artwork for new record  ¡Uno! Green Day  officially released the album artwork and trailer for  ¡Uno! , the first in a trio of new forthcoming albums.  ¡Uno!  will drop September 15th and is to be followed by  ¡Dos!  on Novemeber 13th and  ¡Tré!  on January 15th. It’s been a while since Green Day has released a full-length album that I’ve actually enjoyed musically beginning to end (I say musically because I’ve always respected their song writing abilities), so I’m a little skeptical about the release of three albums in such a short period of time. Staind  have confirmed that their new studio album will be released later this year. Guitarist  Mike Mushok  told WGRD radio station out of Michigan that the album, titled Seven, will be a return to the style of early Staind albums. “It’s a modern sounding version of a heavy Staind record,” he said.  “It’s completely different than the last record [2008's The Illusion of Progress].  It’s more of a throwback to where we came from.  I don’t think there’s any rehashed riffs, I definitely think it’s fresh.” Mushok also said that the album has been a difficult one to make.  “It was a tough one,” he said.  “And it wasn’t even the music or writing it, it’s just that there were a lot of things going on and it made for a long, drawn-out process, it seemed.  But I’ll tell you what – looking back, now that it’s done, I’m really, really happy with it.” B-13 Peer Review

Staind’s guitarist Mike Mushok was the victim of a serious theft this weekend after playing a show at River Fest 2012 in Little Rock, AR. Help him get his guitar back! Red Hot Chili Peppers are set to release 18 unheard tracks! The  Red Hot Chili Peppers  announced that they plan to release 18 unheard tracks that they recorded while working on their latest album,  I’m With You . The legendary rockers explained that during their latest recording sessions, they also jammed out and recorded a number of singles that they will release over the next six months. The Chili Peppers will start releasing the unheard singles on August 14th with “Strange Man” and “Long Progression.” Each installment will be available both digitally and on 7-inch vinyl. And perhaps the most exciting thing for me (because I’m obsessed with album artwork) is that each album will feature cover art from Kelsey Brookes — a folk artist who’s informed by his background in microbiology and surf culture. Gospel group The News Boys filed a federal lawsuit against the group on July 6, in District Court of Middle Tennessee, Nashville division. The lawsuit, which was filed by The News Boys and Wesley Campbell, claims that fans are confusing the gospel group with the Hip-Hop group. Wesley Campbell, who own and manages The News Boys, said that he is invested millions of dollars and years of hard work to promote The News Boys, who have 28 #1 singles. The gospel group, which was formed almost 26 years ago, has won numerous awards, including Best Christian Rock Band by Readers Choice. B2K singer Raz B is back in the news again. This time he claims he had a near tragic accident in his hotel room in China. The singer is in China on tour, and claims that he fell into a glass door in his hotel room, slicing his wrist wide open. You can check a gruesome photo of his injuries out  here . Raz tells  TMZ  that the broken glass caught his wrist and ripped it to pieces, tearing through ligaments, nerves, tendons … right down to the bone. Raz was rushed to Huashan Hospital Fudan University, where doctors operated to repair his mutilated wrist – a grueling procedure that took roughly five hours. I would not put it past Raz to do this to himself for some publicity. He did say he was molested, and then took it back, and then went to dinner with the dude that allegedly molested him, and even took photos with him. That’s one crazy dude! Well, there has been a lot of talk about this offer with Chris Brown and Drake and whether or not its real. Well, we can officially end that speculation. Billionaire Alki Davi and Damon Feldman, a boxing promoter, have been pushing this deal heavy. I didn’t think it was real until I spoke to somebody on the team who spoke to the right people over there and its REAL. Now, it seems like Chris Brown is down.  Did you read Sydney’s report? This can’t end well. The Game decided to record and post an assault of 40 Glocc on the internet and well, it says a lot. But, what is not said on the video is that there were apparently guns pointed at 40 as he was beaten. And, he smiled back. I mean, you can punch a man, but you cannot shoot him on camera, right? Anyway, 40 was alone after they attended a mutual party and Game was with crew and well….the rest was on tape. Where is G-Unit when you need them?
