Polo Grounds Music CEO Bryan Leach Pleads Guilty to Attempted Gun Possession

Bryan Leach faces two years in prison after copping a plea.  Hip-Hop record executive Bryan Leach as he pleads guilty in Manhattan Supreme Court on Monday, September 24, 2012. Leach was arrested for gun possession. He will be sentenced to 2 years in prison. Bryan Leach, credited with discovering Lil Jon, the Ying Yang Twins, and Pitbull, pleaded guilty to attempted gun possession. NYPost.com  reports that the deal, which was made on Monday (September 24) in Manhattan, will put Leach in prison for two years. The former TVT Records executive and founder of Polo Grounds Music was stopped by police in 2010 for driving erratically in New York. Inside the 2006 Bentley Continental's console was a Kel-Tec handgun loaded with hollow-point bullets. Leach pleaded to a single, reduced count of attempted weapons possession in the second degree. He had been charged with two counts of weapons possession.

Kanye West Lawyer Says Sex Tape Was Stolen From Rapper's Computer

Fans and rumor mills alike have been abuzz with the recent news that a sex tape involving Kanye West was being shopped to a number of media outlets. A lawyer for the Chicago emcee has released a statement to  AllHipHop.com  regarding the matter, stating that the tape was stolen. “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer,” wrote Kanye’s lawyer Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman. “Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity,” added the notice. “We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displayi
