Waka Flocka Says He Never Signed with Suge Knight

Image
A few months back, there were several reports circulating which stated that Waka Flocka Flame inked a partnership with former Death Row Records general Suge Knight. But Waka has since denied those claims, saying that nothing of the sort took place. "I ain't sign no partnership with Suge Knight ever in my life. Suge to me, he was just an OG in the game. If a guy go [and] express his feelings towards me and tell me what he like of me or the mistakes he made so I don't make the mistakes, why not listen to him? You feel what I'm saying? Just because you talk, holla at a person or eat a burger with a person, hang with a person for a day, don't mean they handling all of your business. They scared of that s---, though, so they gonna throw it in the media. They don't want it with a n***a like Suge." Who knows what that partnership could have potentially led to? Man Shot & Killed During Rap Video Shoot In Philadelphia

Image
An unidentified man in his 20's or 30's was shot in the head and killed during an amateur rap video shoot in Philadelphia.  The shooting occurred in broad daylight in front of a large crowd of about 100 people. After the shots were fired, everyone fled in different directions. In the middle of all the chaos, a passing car accidentally ran over the victim's fallen body as it tried to drive off to escape the gun fire. According to police updates, three men with firearms in their possession were arrested shortly after the reckless shooting occurred.  One of the three men has been identified by a witness as the trigger man who opened fire. Because the music video shoot attracted an extremely large crowd, there were undercover police officers on duty monitoring the entire event, and when the shooting happened, they were completely taken by surprise.

Whitney Houston drowned, but how?

Image
Whitney Houston died because of a combination of cocaine, heart disease and, ultimately, drowning. "It's possible she fell asleep," says cardiologist Gina Lundberg, medical director of the Heart Center for Women at St. Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta. "Based on the fact that the coroner lists drowning first would suggest she was alive when she went under the water, so she didn't have a heart attack first." The Los Angeles County coroner's preliminary report Thursday found heart disease had caused blockages in Houston's arteries, common in drug users, but could not determine whether she had had a heart attack. MORE: Reactions to Houston's toxicology report Healthy arteries can withstand oxygen deprivation longer than arteries blocked by plaque, which is caused by "high cholesterol, high blood pressure, elevated blood glucose and genetic factors," Lundberg says. "But we don't know if she h...

Fan Gives Janet Jackson a Racist Gift?

Image
Janet Jackson was given a black doll by the named "Maria" from a fan while she was on tour. The doll was outfitted in a white dress with a red bag and was said to be lifelike by Janet herself, who tweeted a photo of the doll. During the tour, I was given this doll named Maria. She was advertised as lifelike. How does Maria make you feel? It remains a mystery as to who exactly gave Janet the doll, but do you feel this gesture has a negative, racist connotation to it?
