I had to lose 60 pounds. They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce.” Bey also had some help from celebrity trainer Marco Borges , who told US Weekly that the r&b diva  stuck with five days of cardio and strength training, and a whole-foods diet that included “vegetables, protein, nothing packaged.”   Not to mention 8-9 hours of grueling dance rehearsals to prepare for her concert–now that’s how you get the body of a music goddess!
