Immortal Technique speaks on Kanye West's "New Slaves" songs and says that he "absolutely" believes rich black people are being "mentally enslaved." Miguel Arrested For DUI On A Los Angeles Freeway Around 2:15 AM, He Was Released a On $5,000 Bail. -- Details Inside ---- Miguel -- the guy behind the smash hit "Adorn" and "#Beautiful" with Mariah Carey -- was arrested for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning ... TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell us ... California Highway Patrol officers initially flagged the 27-year-old singer's 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an L.A. freeway around 2:15 AM. During the stop, officers noticed the singer reeked of booze ... and performed various field sobriety tests, which he bombed. Miguel -- full name Miguel Jontel Pimentel -- also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 ... which is over the .08 legal limit in CA. Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked ... and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. According to his booking sheet, Miguel is 5'7" and 140 pounds. R&B singer Raz B has come out of his coma. He is currently in stable condition in a hospital in China, reports TMZ. Late last week, the former B2K crooner was  rushed  to the hospital after he didn't wake up from his sleep. The previous night he had been performing at a club in China when a fight broke out. He obtained several wounds after trying to break up the scuffle, but was treated and sent home. Friends of the singer said that on Sunday he came out of his coma. He is smiling and responsive, but still in the hospital. At one point it didn't seem like Raz was going to make it and doctors had him breathing on a ventilator. We're glad he's making a speedy recovery.
