Amazon’s “Mozart in the Jungle” Casting Call for Black Tie Extras Ages 55+

Amazon series “Mozart in the Jungle” is going to a formal event and needs background actors to get all dressed up.

The series casting directors at GWC are looking for background actors who have a formal wardrobe. Men must have tuxedos and ladies must have formal gowns. The show needs extras, ages 55+ to play guests at a black tie event, a NYC Symphony.

“Mozart in the Jungle” is a new series with a focus on classical music and what happens behind the curtain. “Mozart in the Jungle” is one of the new streaming shows available to Amazon subscribers and will offer a behind the scenes look into the world of classical music and all the back stage drama that concert audiences never get to see from their seats. It seems that the action behind the music may be more captivating than the music itself.

The show is set a few decades back during the cold war days and focuses on a few entitled musicians whose world begins to change as the nation does.



Seeking NON-UNION Men & Women 55+ all ethnicities to portray Upscale Symphony Patrons on Amazon Series Mozart in the Jungle for matching work Monday and Tuesday 9/14 & 9/15 in Manhattan. CANNOT HAVE PREVIOUSLY WORKED.

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING WARDROBE: 
MEN: dark sleek suit, dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes. Think Upper East Side.

WOMEN: jewel-tone cocktail dress (navy, burgundy, deep green, deep purple, dark orange, etc), skirt suit or pant suit and blouse, nice heels or beautiful flats. bold jewelry and pops of color with scarves/accessories/foundation garments/hosiery/etc. trendy purse and lightweight jacket. The season is spring.
