2Pac Movie “All Eyez on Me” Extras Casting in Atlanta

The 2Pac biopic “All Eyez on Me” is in production in the Atlanta area and has a new casting notice out for paid extras.

The film’s extras casting directors are seeking many African American locals to work as paid background actors in an upcoming scene set in the 70s. Since the scene is set in the 70s, those wanting to work as extras must have natural looks which do not look modern. The film began production some weeks back and recently held an open casting call in hopes of finding locals looking for a chance to work on the movie.
According to a recent SlashFilms report, All Eyez on Me is being directed by Benny Boom, and Hollywood newcomer Demetrius Shipp Jr. has landed the lead role of Tupac Shakur. Shipp announced the casting via his twitter page and posted photos of him on set.  Jamal Woolard will co-star in the Tupac movie as Notorious B.I.G.
Shipp is a relative newcomer and only has 1 IMDb credit for a yet to be released film. However, Shipp has a striking resemblance to the rapper which may have helped land him the role.
