B-13 Peer Review: There have been roomers for years, like only to Elvis that Tupac Shakur is alive, well and living in Cuba with is exiled grandmother Asata Shakur. We are going to play some clips that will leave you wondering. A Friend of mine and I deciphered the codes given in Tupac's Machiavelli album and the number had a common denominator of 16. Which had the indication that Tupac would come back to the scene in 2012. We did this back in 2007; I was watching to see if he would come back as promised and would you know it; out of all the years of his death this happened in 2012.
