His accuser Sheldon Stephens is now claiming he was forced into recanting his story of having sex with Clash while he was underage and is looking for a lawyer to help him undo his settlement.

His accuser Sheldon Stephens is now claiming he was forced into recanting his story of having sex with Clash while he was underage and is looking for a lawyer to help him undo his settlement.
It was recently reported Kevin Clash and Sheldon Stephens reached a settlement in the underage sex case. Clash agreed to fork over $125,000 on the following conditions:
“Stephens agrees that immediately upon execution of this Agreement, his counsel, Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., shall release the [following] statement … ‘He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.’”
Stephens has been meeting with lawyers in Los Angeles. He’s been telling potential attorneys he was pressured into recanting his accusations against Kevin Clash. Sheldon Stephens is adamant that his story about his and Clash’s sexual relationship happening when he was 16 years old.
Sheldon Stephens, 23, told attorneys he would give back every red cent of the $125,000 to clear his name. He says he was sobbing during the final set of negations because he didn’t want to sign the settlement.
Kevin Clash’s legal team had no comment about the new development in this ongoing story.
