SUGE KNIGHT PUTS END TO WIDESPREAD POLICE HUNT

Former Death Row Records owner Marion "Suge" Knight cut law enforcement a break this week after reportedly turning himself in following a publicized arrest warrant being issued.

According to reports, Suge popped up into a courthouse Thursday (January 23) and received a light punishment.
Suge Knight decided to stroll into a courthouse Thursday ... to make things right after a pissed off judge issued an arrest warrant because he blew off court earlier in the week. Suge appeared to cop a plea for driving with a suspended license. He got 24 months probation and a small fine. But get this ... Suge was arrested in the license case because they realized he had an outstanding warrant -- for not showing up in court on another case. Old dog ... new tricks. (TMZ)
Initial reports revealed the warrant stemmed from Knight pulling a no-show to a recent court appearance.
Suge Knight is now a wanted man ... because a judge just issued a bench warrant for his arrest ... and it's pretty ironic, because he was supposed to show up on another warrant that was issued for not showing up. TMZ broke the story ... Suge was pulled over in September for driving without license plates. When he was pulled over cops realized he had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in another case. Suge was then arrested, hauled off to jail, released and ordered to appear in court today. Suge was a no-show, so the judge ordered the deputies to haul his butt into court and set bail at $26K. (TMZ)
In 2012, Suge ran into legal problems with law enforcement out in Las Vegas.
Stop us if you've heard this one before: Suge Knight's in trouble again. The erstwhile Death Row Records impresario was popped in Las Vegas on Wednesday for drug possession during a routine traffic stop. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police tell E! News that Knight (full name Marion Knight Jr.) was pulled over at approximately 5:30 p.m. yesterday when he made an unsafe lane change. Officers ran his name through the system and discovered that he had several bench warrants out for his arrest. (E! Online)
He created some significant buzz after reuniting with ex-Death Row Records artist Snoop Dogg last year.
Look how happy Snoop is! The Doggfather-turned-Lion Man reportedly ran into his old Death Row Records label chief Suge Knight at the A.V. Club on Monday night. The above photo was snapped and uploaded to Snoop's Instagram with the caption: "N d club wit Suge miss those death row days!" The photo sent a ripple through Snoop's fanbase, with some people torn over their rekindled friendship. (Many still conspire that Knight is accountable for fellow Death Row artist 2Pac's 1996 passing and that of the Notorious B.I.G. the next year.) (VIBE)
