New Aziz Ansari Netflix Show Casting Extras in Nashville
A new Netflix Aziz Ansari show is filming in the Nashville area this month.

OLC has just released a casting call for extras available to work on Monday the 22nd in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The show is seeking some Honky Tonk types who can dance the two step. They are hoping to find some Nashville locals who already have a dance partner that is also available for the shoot. Don’t dance the two-step? The production is also looking for some Honky Tonk types to play bar patrons, bartenders, waitresses and older couples.
According to Time Magazine, the new Netflix comedy series is co-created with Parks and Recreation writer Alan Yang. They also mention that Netflix ordered 10 episodes of the new 1/2 hour comedy. Netflix has not yet announced the show’s name or details about the story. Also starring in the show are Noel Wells (SNL), H. Jon Benjamin (Bob’s Burgers, Archer), Eric Wareheim (Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!) Lena Waithe (Dear White People) and Kelvin Yu (Popular).
All roles are paid. Please only apply if you are a Nashville local as no travel expenses will be paid.

We do not have call/wrap times so you would need to be fully 100% available on the work date. You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with a 8 hour guarantee). Overtime will be paid after 8 hours. You will receive a check in the mail usually 10-14 business days AFTER you work. Location is in the NASHVILLE, TN area.

HONKY TONK BAR PATRONS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 21-55, variety of types that might frequent place like Robert’s Western to listen to live music.
TWO-STEP DANCERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 21-55, honky tonk bar types who are EXPERIENCED two step dancers. Prefer dancers to already come in pairs with their two-step partner but if you do not have one and are experienced we can pait you with someone (*please specify BOTH partners names when submitting if submitting as a couple. Please also specify your two-step experience!)
OLDER COUPLE: male and female, Caucasian, age range 60s, honky tonk types. Prefer REAL couple so please specify names of both partners in couple and include a photo of you together when submitting
BARTENDERS: male and female, all ethnicities, age range 21-45, honky tonk types, MUST have previous bartending experience (*please specify when submitting)
