“Zoolander” Sequel Starring Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Will Ferrell is Now Casting in New York

The young gun has always been an integral figure in hip-hop. A crew is not truly complete without a prince in waiting being groomed to follow in their mentors shoes and J-Hood was that protege for The Lox. Originally from North Carolina, J-Hood moved to Yonkers, N.Y. as a youth and found himself under the wing of the Ruff Ryders trio, appearing as a co-star on various mixtapes and album cuts. But multiple false starts and a lack of a concrete release date put a strain on J-Hood's relationship with The Lox, leading him to denounce his rhyme family by dragging a chain gifted to him by the group on the ground in a YouTube clip that circulated in 2007. J-Hood apologized after the fact, but the damage was done and the rapper was unceremoniously booted from the clique and has yet to match the acclaim he gained while with D-Block.

Casting Call for Zoolander 2 in NYC.

Zoolander is getting a sequel. The original cast… Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Christine Taylor and Will Ferrell are back for round 2 and this time they will be joined in “Zoolander 2”  by some big names….. Also in the cast are Benedict Cumberbatch, Kristen Wiig, Olivia Munn, Penélope Cruz, Billy Zane, Justin Bieber and Kanye West. Donald Trump seems to be absent from the sequel’s credits… Guess he’s busy these days.

The movie is now filming in the New York City area and has just released a casting call for babies, kids and adults. GWC of NYC is seeking a Hispanic little girl to play the daughter of one of the film’s cast, twin babies to play younger versions of Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson as well as background talent to play fashionistas in scenes that will be filming between the 19th and 24th of this month.

In “Zoolander“,  Ben Stiller plays dimwitted male model Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller). Zoolander gets pushed to the top of the fashion world by a photogenic gaze he calls “Blue Steel.” Zoolander gets crushed when after thinking he has the Male Model of the Year title in the bag, he sees it go to his rival, Hansel (Owen Wilson).  He becomes easy prey for fashion designer Jacobim Mugatu (Will Ferrell), who signs Derek to star in his “Derelicte” fashion show, then brainwashes him to kill Malaysia’s prime minister. In part 2… Derek and Hansel are modelling again when an opposing company attempts to take them out from the business.

“Zoolander 2” is set to hit theaters in early 2016.
