Justin Bieber’s Crew Gets in Hamptons Fight, Charges Filed

Image
Where  Justin Bieber  and his entourage go, drama follows (whether or not it actually involves the "Beauty and a Beat" singer). The latest hit? Bieber's security team was reportedly the cause of a major fracas outside of one of Southampton's trendiest clubs on Saturday night. According to multiple outlets, including  the New York Daily News , the New York Post, TMZ, and E! Online, Bieber arrived at South Pointe nightclub with his crew at after 2 a.m. The Daily News reports that his security detail was both "intimidating' and "overbearing" to patrons. One thing all of the outlets corroborated in their reports: At one point a blond woman tried to talk to Bieber, and then a male friend of hers got into some sort of antagonistic exchange with the 19-year-old pop singer. According to the Daily News  what happened next was, "He [Bieber] ripped his shirt off and went nuts. He was screaming." He then reportedly left the hot spo...

How do you know you’re not ready for prime time?  When you don’t realize that keeping it real can go wrong.  Who snitches on himself? A local Virginia rapper, Antwain Steward a.k.a Twain Gotti, was recently arrested because of an alleged connection to a double homicide that occurred 6 years ago.  Making matters even sillier, police say that he actually rapped about his role in the homicide. Virginia police made the arrest after discovering lyrics written by Steward that referred to the shootings of Brian Dean, 20, and Christopher Horton, 16, on May 10, 2007. The police affidavit contains the lyrics in question were obtained following a court ordered search warrant:   Everybody saw when I [expletive] choked him. But nobody saw when I [expletive] smoked him, roped him, sharpened up the shank then I poked him…had me crackin up so I joked him, it is betweezy six feet ova, told ya [expletive] with my money I’ll roast ya According to BlackYouthProjec...

The award-winning video director charged with the brutal, bizarre raping of his six daughters, resulting in six children being fathered, to create “a pure family bloodline” will be spending the rest of his life in jail. Aswad Ayinde, 55, who won an MTV Video Music award for directing The Fugee’s 1996 smash “Killing Me Softly,” will be jailed for 90 years after the serial breeder impregnated his six daughters. Ayinde was found guilty on Friday for raping his second daughter way back when she was just eight-years-old. The latter sentence added 50 years to the 40 received in 2011 for sexually-assaulting another daughter. “He said the world was going to end, and it was just going to be him and his offspring and that he was chosen,” Ayinde’s ex-wife Beverly Ayinde, who married him in 1977, testified at a pre-trial hearing in 2010. The miserable assaults took place between the mid-1980s up until 2002, when he and Beverly separated. Some even occurred in various h...

André 3000 Transforms Into Jimi Hendrix

Image
A year ago, there was an announcement made that Andre 3,000 will be starring in the biopic film for Jimi Hendrix. The film is titled ‘All Is By My Side’  which is scheduled to release September 2013. The film won’t feature any songs that were previously recorded by Jimi Hendrix; the film will include songs produced mostly by the Beatles and the Blues king Muddy Waters. Jimi Hendrix did make some form of musical contribution to the songs that will be featured in the film, rather it’s a Beatles song or not. Based on the picture of Andre 3,000 above, I think he truly captured the character of the ‘Great Jimi Hendrix.’ The long in the works Jimi Hendrix biopic starring  André 3000, All Is By My Side, is finally going to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. Today (July 24) we finally get an official image of 3 Stacks as the legendary Rock guitarist. When the OutKast rapper is dressed as the late Hendrix, the resemblance between the two art...

Ten former "American Idol" contestants suing show

Image
A group of ten former "American Idol" contestants have filed a joint lawsuit against the show.  The contestants - all African Americans - are claiming the show eliminated them based on race and used their arrest histories to humiliate them on national television.  According to "TMZ," they're suing on the grounds of discrimination and want the show to adopt a new anti-racism policy.  When the group first announced their plans take legal action back in January, the show's then-producer Nigel Lythgoe called the claims "ridiculous," insisting the Fox talent competition treats all of its contestants equally. Among the contestants suing is Corey Clark, the season two hopeful who famously went public about his alleged affair with judge Paula Abdul.  The contestants' lawyer is arguing that "Idol" made the ten singers seem like "violent criminals, liars and sexual deviants."  They're reportedly asking for 25-million...
