News: Lil Wayne's Million Dollar Mansion Too High, Louisiana Home Cited For Grass Violation

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne is making weekend headlines with reports claiming his Louisiana home has been cited for a lawn violation.

According to reports, Weezy has not kept up with the home's grass maintenance.
Lil Wayne has been told to cut his grass. The Times-Picayune reports the rapper was cited for high grass and weeds at his 10,000-square-foot mansion in a gated subdivision in Kenner, La., a suburb of New Orleans. The Code Enforcement Department issued the ticket to Dwayne Carter, the New Orleans-born singer's given name, sometime between Feb. 26 and March 2, according to a list released by the city. Despite the violation, Wayne is reportedly selling his million dollar home.
Lil Wayne's elegant home, which apparently requires some basic landscaping, is listed as a celebrity mansion with an asking price of $1.7 million. The five bedroom and five bathroom house with a "beautiful, spacious open floor plan" comes well equipped to entertain with a bar, Jacuzzi, sauna, theater, and more. Wayne's 10,000 square foot Louisiana mansion is located in a gated community within a suburb of New Orleans known as Kenner. (Inquisitr)

Heading into the weekend, Wayne was spotted in Austin, Texas for the annual South By Southwest music fest.
Lil Wayne was feeling inspirational while making an appearance at South By Southwest. Snoop Dogg admitted he was too high to notice he was performing on a stage six stories tall that looked like a vending machine. And rumors that Eminem would make a surprise appearance continued to swirl around 6th Street. (Palm Beach Post)
